Can I have signature required on my order?
We ship all our orders without the requirement for a signature to ensure your order gets delivered hassle-free, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day of the order. Please leave a note at checkout if you wish for your item to have a signature required.
What is your estimated delivery time?
We have an overnight delivery target for main centers when ordered before 1pm on a weekday. Rural areas may take up to 2-3 days (NZ customers only). Orders for Saturday delivery need to be placed before 1pm Friday.
Why didn’t I get a tracking number with confirmation of purchase?
Tracking numbers are generated once your order has been packed, you will receive an email when this happens. The tracking number will not be ‘live’ and functioning until the courier picks up your package from dispatch at either approximately 7:30am or 4pm Monday-Friday.
